We provide potential tenants with the opportunity to search online, fill out an application, and schedule a showing by emailing or calling us. Once you become a resident of a Make It Home managed property, you can pay your rent securely online, and even submit routine property requests online. Let us free up your time and remove the headache of tenant screening. We work to find you qualified tenants that best match your property criteria i.e. no pets, no smoking inside the property etc.

Rent Collection

We collect the rent on your behalf every month. If rent is not paid on time, we will notify you of the delay.

Property Inspection

To help prevent unnecessary disasters and maintain the property, we conduct a move-in, interim and move-out inspection. This provides us with the opportunity to be proactive and assess any damages and/or repairs needed.

Maintenance

We utilize licensed contractors that are current on the tools and technology in their profession to repair and maintain your property. We track our work orders to ensure that all request are handled in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting

We provide both the owners and tenants with a portal to view their monthly statements.  You will receive an e-mail notification of the payment status.  If there were any invoices paid during the reporting period, the invoices will also be sent to you by e-mail or posted in the portal.
